Does this dress make my butt look big? :)

Maggie

Daddys home! We had a nice Sunday. We went and saw the movie Planet 51. The kids both enjoyed it. It was pretty cute. We have been busy with the new puppy. She is fitting in very well. She loves the kids and has put up with them very well. Maria treats her like she is a stuffed animal. Tank seems to enjoy her for the most part. He has gotten jealous, but I think they will be best buds! She is perfect!

Happy Veteran's Day

Happy Veterans Day! I'm at a loss of words when it comes to how to thank a Veteran for their service to our country. So I will simply say Thank-you. A special thanks to those close to me who have served their country. My older brother Jr, who is an amazing role model, and my sister Sarah who is an incredible strong and courageous woman, and of course my husband who I love very much. Don't forget to thank the families of the Veteran's, they serve their country too and make many sacrifices. America has many opportunities and we can all thank a veteran for the possibility of having a better world.

Comparing pictures

The picture on the left is Maria's Kindergarten Picture. Taken October 2009. The picture on the right is off me. I think it is my first grade picture, but I'm unsure. Allot of people say we look alike. I can see it a little bit I guess. I miss my unicorn hair ties!!

Halloween

Halloween this year was very busy. Friday I voluntered at Conners school for their Harvest Festival. Both Maria and Conner had parades at their schools! We also went trick or treating at the local mall. We went trick or treating on Halloween aswell, but that was cut short from all the rain! Yikes!! We are hoping Daddy will be home for Halloween next year!

Good Citizen Award

Maria won the first good citizen award for her class! This means the teacher saw her being recpectful, tolerent, and kind. I am very proud of her! She is amazing!

Its offical Dan has re-enlisted and agreed to 8 more years in service. I am very proud of him. Being an Army family has been tough. Dan has been gone alot, probaly gone as much as he is home. He has been in the Army for 7 years and 8 more will make 15. So we are lifers! We are hoping to stay at Fort Drum NY for as long as we can. I love you Danny! Good job!
